What are the check-in/check-out times?Check-in / check-out times are as follows Check-in: 3:00PM ~ 9:00PM Check-out: ~10:00AM *Please contact us if your check-in time will be after 9:00PM. (TEL: 050-8893-8582)

Can I have early check-in/late check-out?Early check-in (before 3:00PM) and late check-out (after 10:00AM) are available with an expense of 1,000 yen per hour. Please contact us for details, as this service may not be available depending on reservations.

Is there a curfew?There is no curfew, but the front door is locked from 10:00PM to 8:00AM in the next morning. Upon your checking-in, we will give you a number for unlocking the front door when it’s closed.

Is the front desk open 24 hours?The front desk is open from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in/after check-out?Yes, you can. We will keep your luggage free of charge. We do not accept valuables or items that cannot be stored at room temperature.

What are the cancellation fees?Cancellation fees will be charged as follows (1) General guests No-show without notice: 100% of the room charge On the day of arrival: 100% of the room charge 1 day prior to arrival: 50% of the room charge 2 days prior to arrival: 30% of the room charge 3 days prior to arrival: Free of charge ⑵ Groups (5 or more people) / Long-stay guests (10 nights or more) No-show without notice: 100% of room charge 100% of the room charge on the day of arrival 1 day prior to arrival: 80% of the room charge 2 to 3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the room charge 4 to 9 days prior to arrival: 30% of the room charge If the contracted number of days is shortened, a penalty of one day (the first day) will be charged, regardless of the number of days shortened.

I want to change my reservation.Please go to the reservation details page to change or cancel your reservation. You will find a button “Go to Reservation Details Page” in the reservation completion e-mail. If you wish to extend or shorten the duration of your reservation or change the number of people, please make a new reservation.

Can I pay by credit card at the time of reservation?Yes, you can.

Are there keys in the rooms?With the exception of the dormitory rooms, all rooms have cylinder keys. Dormitory rooms have lockers with locks, so please use them to store your valuables.

Are amenities provided?Amenities vary by the room type, so please visit our reservation website for details. Can children stay at the hotel? Can my child sleep with me?Yes, children are welcome to stay with us. Children of elementary school age and older stay at the same rate as adults. One preschooler per adult can sleep in the same bed for free. *Children are not allowed to stay in the dormitory rooms.

Can I bring my pet with me?We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

Can I come in a group?We welcome group guests. We are also available for private parties, so please feel free to contact us for more information.

Can minors stay at the hotel?In principle, a written consent from a parent or guardian is required. If you are staying with minors only, please fill out the consent form and contact us by e-mail in advance. (e-mail: hotelyaizu@renovatejapan.com) *Please consult us in case of special circumstances.

Can I mail my luggage in advance?After booking your stay, please send your luggage to the address below. The hotel will keep it until your arrival. When you send your luggage, please be sure to write your full name and the date of your stay. (Example: Postal code: 425-0028 2-8-9 Ekikita, Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture CRAFT HOTEL Nishimachi DOCK Front Desk Name: Guest's name, check-in date Please note that we cannot accept cash, valuables, fragile items, or items that require temperature/humidity control. We can only accept prepaid luggage.

Do you have a parking lot?We have two parking lots next to our hotel. If our parking lot is full, please use other parking lots near the hotel (available from 300 Yen).

Can I use the Internet?Wi-Fi is available free of charge. IDs and passwords will be provided to guests.

Is smoking allowed?Smoking is not permitted in any of the hotel rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use the balconies located next to the stairs on the 2nd and 4th floors.

Is there a washing machine?There are no washing machines in the hotel. There is a laundromat within walking distance.

Are there refrigerators and a kitchen?There is a refrigerator,IH cooking heater, microwave oven, and electric kettle in the coworking space on the 3rd floor (shared use). Please note that there is no refrigerator in each room.

Are meals provided?As a rule, we do not provide meals as we only offer the “no meal” plan. We encourage you to visit our staff-recommended restaurants and local stores.
