Check-in / check-out times are as follows
Check-in: 3:00PM ~ 9:00PM
Check-out: ~10:00AM

Can I have early check-in/late check-out?

Accepted Answer

Early check-in (before 3:00PM) and late check-out (after 10:00AM) are available with an expense of 1,000 yen per hour. 
Please contact us for details, as this service may not be available depending on reservations.

Is there a curfew?

Accepted Answer

There is no curfew, but the front door is locked from 10:00PM to 8:00AM in the next morning.
Upon your checking-in, we will give you a number for unlocking the front door when it’s closed.

Is the front desk open 24 hours?

The front desk is open from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in/after check-out?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. We will keep your luggage free of charge.
We do not accept valuables or items that cannot be stored at room temperature.
